The Fine Print
March Give & Go is a project of the Anonymously Yours Foundation and operates within the guidelines provided by the Washington State Gambling Commission. Participants may submit a maximum of 3 brackets. Each bracket must compete for a different Washington State nonprofit. Nonprofits can only win 1 grant from the final winning distribution (total number to be determined after the final Pool.) AY will verify winning nonprofits are in good standing with the IRS prior to fund distribution and reserves the right to exclude any nonprofits from the final winning list.
1. What is March Give & Go?
March Give & Go is a charitable Inspires Project organized by The Anonymously Yours Foundation, where participants fill out March Madness college tournament brackets to win their favorite charities and nonprofits undesignated grants. The charities and nonprofits selected with top-performing brackets will receive grants from The Pool, which funded by The Anonymously Yours Foundation and its partners.
2. How do I play?
To participate, simply sign-up and submit a bracket! There is no cost to play.
3. How many brackets can I submit?
You can submit up to three unique brackets. Each bracket must have a different charity or nonprofit selected to compete. You cannot submit three of the same brackets or select the same charity or nonprofit for more than one.
4. Do I need to donate to play?
No! It is 100% free to play. The Pool has been graciously sponsored by some of the most generous people we know!
5. How are the winning charities and nonprofits chosen?
After the tournament concludes, the charities and nonprofits selected by the top-performing brackets will receive undesignated grants. Amounts will vary depending on the final size of The Pool.
Charities and nonprofits can only win ONCE per year. If a charity or nonprofit holds more than one of the final spots, the next in line will receive their second grant.
You can follow the leaderboard once the tournament starts to see which charities and nonprofits are in the running to win grants.
6. What charities/nonprofits are eligible to receive grants?
To receive a grant, charities and nonprofits must be Washington State 501(c)(3) organizations in good standing with the IRS. Their primary address MUST be in Washington State.
AY reserves the right to exclude any charity or nonprofit from the final winning list.
